We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at woof@letspawtysydney.com.au. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible to pay the shipping costs to return the item to us. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Introducing our Dog Party Lite Package. This package is perfect for pooch owners who only want catering and goodie bags for their pup's next event.

We will organise your pup's catering, with gourmet dog friendly food PLUS we provide goodie bags to ensure your pup's favourite furriends can celebrate even after the event is over. Choose your preferred goodie bags theme from one of our pawty themes below. Leave your preferred theme in the notes section during checkout.

The pup of honour will receive a special goodie bag with extra inclusions to make their day supaw special.

We offer FREE drop off delivery service within Sydney Metro. As parties are typically held on the weekend, please specify in the notes section, date of party and preferred drop off location and time. One of our friendly staff will be in touch to work out all the details.
